You can wear it in the water as it won't tarnish, to keep the gold for the longest period you should avoid contact with chemicals or abrasive surfaces. If contact with chemicals is repeated, the jewelry will lose its brilliance and this will damage its protective layer.

Shipping Policy:

Packages are processed in less than 3 days. Shipping is free for orders of 75$ or more (before taxes) for Canada.

Canada: 9.99$ (1-5 business days). For international orders, the price will be according to the weight (see the price calculator in the shopping cart) and the time is from 5-20 business days.

If the package returns to the original destination since the address was not valid, you will have to repay the delivery.

Cancellation:

If the order is not already packed or we didn't printed the label we can cancel it but you will be charged the credit card fees and Route protection fees (if applicable).

We are known for the quality of our jewelry, which is why we offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover free items, lost items, normal wear and tear, plating exposed to chemicals, scratches, broken chains, improper use, or inadequate storage of the product.

Normal wear and fading of 18k gold plating are not covered under this warranty.
