SHIPPING & RETURN

Shipping Policy:

Packages are processed in less than 3 days. Shipping is free for orders of 99$ or more for Canada and the United States.

Canada: 9.99$ (1-5 business days). United states: $7.99 (1-5 business days). For international orders, the price will be according to the weight (see the price calculator in the shopping cart) and the time is from 5-20 business days.

If the package returns to the original destination since the address was not valid, you will have to repay the delivery.

Cancellation: If the order is not already packed or we didn't printed the label we can cancel it but you will be charged the credit card fees.

Orders made during a tiktok live: Orders made during a tiktok live cannot be canceled because we have a fortune weel ( lottery )  and we cannot cancel after the client participated and won a gift they don't like or changed their mind. 

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

Our aim is for you to truly enjoy your purchase from LTJ. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, you have the option to return your unworn item, in perfect condition, within 10 days of the purchase date and receive a complete refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping fees (9.99 + tx).

* Free gifts in your cart needs to be return if your new subtotal doesn't equal the minimum amount to earn a free gift.

If the item is not delivered at our office in 10 days, we will only process with an exchange or credit.

If you happen to receive a defective or damaged item, kindly reach out to us via email at info@lestrouvaillesdejen.com  and provide us with photos showcasing the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and inform you if the item qualifies for a refund or exchange. 

To complete a return, please contact us at info@lestrouvaillesdejen.com and include: full name, order number, complete address, and the reason of your return/exchange. You must send the package to us, at your expense*, in the same packaging as we sent it.

The shipping fees are not refundable.

Please be aware that earrings cannot be refunded/exchange due to hygiene reasons.

* It is possible to send the package using an oversized $2.09 stamp and reuse the original envelope to avoid additional costs.
