Are your products waterproof?
Yes! Our jewelry is designed to resist water exposure. Normal wear and tear, including friction, may result in gradual fading of the plating over time.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Our jewelry is waterproof and designed for everyday wear. To preserve the longevity of the plating, we recommend:
• Avoiding contact with harsh chemicals (perfume, chlorine, cleaning products)
• Removing jewelry during prolonged water exposure (such as swimming or showering) when possible
• Storing pieces in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use
• Gently wiping with a soft cloth to maintain shine
Why did my gold plating start to fade after a few months?
Gold-plated jewelry naturally experiences wear over time. Normal daily use: including friction, exposure to chemicals, and contact with surfaces can gradually cause the plating to fade. Because the jewelry is gold plated rather than solid gold, some fading over time is expected and inevitable.
For this reason, normal wear and fading of the gold plating are not covered under our warranty.

Can I return my order ?
IF, FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO RETURN IT WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE AND RECEIVE A COMPLETE REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, EXCLUDING THE SHIPPING FEES AND CREDIT CARD FEES.
